Shoot the Runner

The day I was just laying in bed thinking what was my plan for this weeks blogs; as I didn’t really do much the following week because I wasn’t well, still not well to be honest with you. So I was just listening to some songs and Kasbian came on with “Shoot the Runner”. Which got me thinking about school and theirs always someone that runs to a teacher. However I would not recommend shooting to anyone.

In school kids are just kids at the end of the day; but when in adult life they should know better, however it’s not like that at all. There’s always few people who will always going to be a runner; who would most likely to go behind your back, to tell a teacher or spread rumours etc.

I have had my fair share of that on both sides of it teenager life and adult life. Life can be so cruel; to the point of these days there are more and more teenagers committing suicides because of people bullying, abusing and etc but yet no one actually goes running, when their closest friends don’t actually go running to get help for their friend and by that stage it’s too late.

There’s two types of runners; one runner is the one that cares because ask permission, to speak on their friends behalf on their concerns and what they have been told. Then you have complete idiots who seek attention; make up any excuse or spread rumours or tell everyone your secrets, all because they haven’t got anything better to say or do with their lives other than making that persons a living hell.

Everyone trips and falls but you’ll be standing on top of the world; even with the dark cloud raining over your head, you have learnt to wave good bye to the haters as your stronger than them. As your marching on your own with good friends joining you on route as you pick them up along the way; you are proud to say that you have them, as you have a place to write too. There’s no drama to big or to small to deal with; when you have good friends, on which they say ‘I got you’.

There’s always going to be another mountain to climb; the struggling that your facing, will knock you down but you’ll be pushing through the pain and suffering no matter what the situation. It’s always going to up hill battle; keep on moving, keep on climbing, keep the faith you will get through the pain.

No one likes to being played; no one understands why your the ones get hurt by people who you think you could trust, all the innocent has gone but it’s not worth our time. I just wish I could free you but the answer is simple; it’s the one who has done it in the first place, I don’t want to go another day not telling you what’s on my mind. I’m going to stay with you and nobody is going in between us; don’t worry about people who are hanging around, just ignore them as I’m going to stick with you. I know how to appreciate you and I know what is best for you.

Focus on what you want to do; I came here to do I want to do, my focus is on you as much as I can. I can tell you are curious but no one can hold us down. You can answer questions and listen to your worries by writing to me to lizzyarrow@outlook.com just focus on me and yourself.

In the memory of Princess Diana

Over the years that have gone by when we have lost one true amazing women that changed the world; by her warm loving heart, her glowing smile so sparkling that you can’t help but to smile and chuckle. When she passed away in the tragic accident in 1997 I was about 7 or 8 at the time; I always liked Princess Diana as she was the most successful lady; that I think I looked up too at the time, still do in lots of ways than one. As I heard what happened at the time; I would sit on my bunk bed at the time, I would pray to god to look after Prince Harry and Prince William as they were going through a difficult time.

As the years gone by I would look out in the way something was telling me; to keep an eye out for them, I don’t know if this is true or not. I would hear good news about how they turned their lives around; even through the darkest times of events when they came face to face them, yet bounce back and say “no this is not what I want. I’m sure that this wasn’t what my mum wanted me to do”

I’m glad and I think Diana is glad that Harry and William have stuck together like glue; keeping each other company, tell each other things and most importantly letting another wonderful lady like Diana into their lives. Not just a wife, sister in law, or a mother but strong happy women that I think Diana would of loved to meet and share things with Kate. Kate took on that role because she shares the same dream as Diana; everyone should be able to live like everyone else, carrying on the tradition of helping William and Harry out but also to show two sides of the world for Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Even though I don’t know Prince Harry and Prince William I feel like I should protect them; as like two brothers I’m not sure but like I said before I feel like I’m their guardian angel or something, I don’t know it’s makes me worry what’s actually going on in their heads at the time. It’s probably nothing it’s all in my head.

I do reckon that Diana is proud of her boys; keeping up with what she has taught them from a young age, to have a normal life as much as they can. Show the goodness in their hearts and be true to themselves. By letting them choose their own paths as she never got a chance to finish it off; but getting to see her boys doing it for her, knowing that her legacy is in their hands.

One year back in 2007 my aunt took a nice picture of me that she had thought I looked the way Princess Diana had looked; when she was having her pictures taken, especially when she did her charity work with children in Africa. Also it’s one of my favourite pictures of me and my dad’s favourite especially. This was when I was 16 years old; just as I left school completely, as my cousin was just about to start the same secondary school that I left at. I was brace enough to have my hair cut short, blonde and spike. I think that’s why I like this picture more than the others over the years; also I believe that people come back but through someone else, I’m not sure how that works but I do believe is true.

R.I.P Princess Diana and happy birthday.

Grenfell Tower, North Kensington – My thoughts are with families and victims.

Grenfell Tower, North Kensington – My thoughts are with families, friends and victims

I woke up this morning to a great sadness of block of flats called Grenfell Tower in North Kensington had gone up in flames. Not only I was just saying that we were seem to have a sense of peace and quite; but knowing something was bound to happen, wether it was a terror attack or something just so simple like this.

No matter how hard the fire services, ambulance services and the police services tired their hardest to help save lives. There wasn’t enough man power to tackle the blaze as they still needed more fire services; fire services that Boris Johnson and Theresa May had plotted to cut in the last few years, to which lead to this horrible disaster.

Why spend £10 million on a 1979 building; yes it may needed doing but your not the ones going to be living in the block, I’ve always hated those windows that if something happened like a fire how on earth are you suppose to get out. What’s more there’s no fire escapes to get out of the building; we always get told about health and safety all the time, but clearly it doesn’t compile with the council or the government does it.

The most horrible things when your the victims of any disaster; you will loose someone, your house or something that means to you. I keep on saying the more disasters that we have the more government keep on apologising for what has happened; yet they don’t do anything about it, yet we as citizens and local services have to pick up the pieces and join forces because the government are so up themselves to the point of they don’t care especially Theresa May.

The victims who have been effected and fire brigade need the support and satiability to focus on the whole matter of reasons. From providing care, new place to live, place to grieve and most importantly how and why it had happened. Victims won’t be able to return to their homes; children don’t know if their parents alive or not after they sacrificed themselves for them.
“How safe was the tower block?

The local Grenfell Action Group had claimed, before and during the refurbishment, the block constituted a fire risk and residents had warned that access to the site for emergency vehicles was “severely restricted”.

In February 2013 residents warned fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, had not been tested for 12 months.

KCTMO said it was aware that concerns had been raised historically by residents and they will form part of its investigations.

The tower block was given a medium fire risk rating – defined as a normal fire risk – in 2016 following completion of the refurbishment by the London Fire Brigade and Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council.

The council insists the block has been regularly inspected, but London Mayor Sadiq Khan said safety and maintenance issues would have to be looked at.

Concerns raised about Grenfell Tower ‘for years’

Geoff Wilkinson, a fire and building inspector, told the BBC that the Grenfell Tower block “didn’t perform in the way you’d expect a building to perform” once it caught fire as “you’d expect it to be contained to an individual apartment”.

“Something has gone dramatically wrong here,” he said.” Part from The bbc news website – see more by clicking or coping the link http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-40272168

If this could all been prevented within the time zone over the years if people’s voices were being heard; councils and the government are not listening to the people in the areas that are being effected, if the government stop apologising for what has happened and actually do something about it to make us all safe then it would be fine. I will not stop campaigning for people’s voices to be heard; until something gets done about it, I am a one man show at the moment but I will get people’s voices to be heard one way or another.

Disadvantage Children in Africa

I had a request from a private client of mine; who came to me with an idea for a charity, to which he wanted to start up and he asked would I like to be on this journey with him. Sensational client of mine asked me what I did for living? What made me want to do the job? Two powerful questions anyone could ask for; especially when someone wanted to take you on that emotional journey, how can refuse the offer of not helping.

Breathtaking emotional journey that I would like to take you on is a country called Africa; the most poorest country in the world, the sad part for me is that families, children, infants, babies and even grandparents are dying. Dying everyday; every parents worst nightmare of seeing their children die before them, every child don’t want to see their parents die. For me that’s the worst I have that fear of seeing my own parents die; however I’m fortunate that I haven’t experienced it just yet, but hearing and seeing children suffer with health issues, wanting to learn and be like everyone else in the world. It is frustrates me that no one is listening or not doing anything about; I should know; as I have witness off hand; with special needs children over the past 6 years or so, each day is something different and new. You know don’t know if they are going to be in; when they are next going to have a seizure, when they need a nurse or to be rushed off to hospital and that for me seeing that is heart wrenching. Your unable to help; but when they are well, you can help them to experience things that they like try something new, help them learn.

For me; Africa’s children are the same but in their own rights; everyone has a voice, every child has a voice and most of all every single African child has a voice. Every single child in that country has the right to be heard; to learn, to experience life and most of all to see the world that we see. All I ask for is this every little amount that you donate today will go a long way; seeing a child’s face light up because they are being heard, they know that world is listening to them.

If you can do this for that one child in your country or even your own child or even that child who has special needs; why not go out for that extra mile to help the child who has nothing, who wants to be the same as everyone else.
Thank You.

Frauders…Frauders want your money!

Frauders…Frauders want your money!

My dearest loyal readers and clients I wish to announce some devastating news; my resources have contacted me, saying that they would like to let everyone one know that people out there are frauding them to get money out of their fans. Using their good nature; the role as a public figure, their clients that they support i.e. Charities that they help run.

My advice is if you follow what you may think that could be any of the celebrities or royals or any public figure in their own rights; come to you using any social media via private message, please check out the official pages of their social media if they have any and what the charities of whom they support.

Please don’t send them money if they are abusing the charity to get the money themselves; they just want it for themselves, but also make you the easy target to come back for more money. This also goes for online dating websites as well for money and you don’t actually know who they really are. They can be sweet and innocent until proven guilty of harassment and abusive partners.

My local sources has given me a warning sign to let everyone know what is out there in the big world; also would like me to share it with you guys if there is anything suspicious please let me know and I’ll pass it on privately and I’ll pass it on if you haven’t got the courage to do it yourselves or I’ll come and be at your side. Everyone knows there’s lots of them around; especially these days with everything going on in the UK, we cannot even trust the government who recently cannot save us from terror attacks.

This was publish a year ago back in May; this is still carrying on today, I have had a few myself over the past and most recently. All I want is that my dear clients and readers to be extremely careful and resilient of these things things. This picture was from a friend of mine as we were talking about things; one of the topics we were talking about was this, I do pray that this doesn’t happen to you or your family, your friends and most importantly your elderly grandparents or elderly next door neighbours as they are also targets as well.

These type of people are highly skilled, maluptive, dangerous people they would go to extreme strengths and perseverance of getting what they want no matter how they will get it.

To be able to support these types of is by checking out the public figures official website; inform them what has happened, question them off who they really are, most importantly write down the name of the account and if you can photograph it. Send it to the official public figure along and take it to the police as soon as possible; no matter how many you get or they turn you away persevere because at the end of the day people are stealing identities everyday to make out who they really are. If you need a hand and want to know more about it all please send me an email on lizzyarrow@outlook.com. Where I can give you more advice on what to do if this subject arises. I can promise you; you are not alone in this millions of people get it everyday, they are are afraid to come forward because the frauds have got them where they want them.

I have an irrational fear of…..

Introduction

Everyone has that irrational fear of something; if your reading this and saying “nope I don’t have any irrational fear of anything”, well all I can say is this….imagine me coming through your screen shaking you, slapping you and telling you that your broken. What would your response will be?

Believe me I would love to do that to some people that I have met over the years and months of talking to people. Pretty much people hate having things coming at them; through screens, me on the other hand could be scary and could be funny. Either which that can be an irrational fear for someone you may know.

My irrational fear is if something or someone is dead; but I’m the one to be expected to pick it up and put it somewhere or visit someone who has passed away, I would most probably wet myself if they come back to alive and jump out at me. Knowing me I would because I hate those things; more to the point of animals especially hamsters, due to one of my sisters hamsters constantly biting me on my fingers. Can’t pick up hamsters anymore; cats I can pick up they are alright haven’t really been attacked by them, other than fighting with them to stop them where they shouldn’t be going. However they are still same procedure if they are dead; I wouldn’t be able to pick them up, if I had a fight with a cat or something.

With people; it’s harder because if you know them well enough, you just think they are just playing practical jokes on you. I think that’s what I thought with my great grandma; I was only a small child then when she passed, I thought she shad a glass case over at one point.

That’s probably why I hate things like pigeons and slugs touching my feet. I don’t know. Who knows what will happen.
