Saturday Topics: Success I’ve completed the challenge prep!

Finally succeeded in completing the challenge of Valentines Challenge prep today as I was starting to struggle to get it finished but pushed myself to finish it. Never felt so pleased with myself that I managed to finish it Day 3 of a new month and had a positive achievement already. Now that I’ve got them scheduled and ready to go out over the next week or so I can prep and write others along side it so I don’t have to worry about writing a load of blog posts in one hit.

I’m still trying to find ideas for my main days to write about; it’s not that easy I know that but at least one thing is done and out the way, so I can focus on the rest of the blogs as well. Do let me know what you would like to read about as I am intrigued on what you guys would like to know as well. If you can’t comment why not email me on lizzysweeklyblogs2017@outlook.com.

Saturday Story Time/Topic Time: LONDON ZOO

A Nigerian youngster who was visiting the United Kingdom for the first time was taken to the London zoo for sightseeing. On getting to the section where monkeys are kept, he was amazed to see other tourists giving out plenty of money to the monkeys that were hopping around doing acrobatics. The more the acrobatics, the more the tourists enjoyed the show and the more the money (hard currency) the monkeys got.

This young man suddenly had an idea and when he got back to Nigeria, he started learning all kinds of acrobatics. He visited his medicine man and asked for a portion that will transform him into a monkey.

During his next visit to London, he went into the zoo and took the portion and was transformed into a monkey. He joined the other monkeys and started his own type of modern, systematic and attractive acrobatics. He soon caught the attention of all the tourists who wasted no time in showering him with plenty of pounds sterling. He was now making more money than the real monkeys.

The king of the monkeys didn’t like this and challenged the new monkey to an acrobatic duel. The contest was tough and very keen but the new monkey won. The king monkey had to go on exile in shame but before he left he set a trap for the intruding monkey who now became the new king.

The next day, monkey business started as usual, with money coming in from the tourists. There was this particular tourist who really enjoyed the show that he threw a lot of money into the cage. The new king pocketed his money but to his amazement all the other monkeys threw their earnings into the adjacent cage. The new king could not comprehend this and would not allow all that money to go away like that; so he jumped into the adjacent cage to pick up the money. It was only when he got there that he realized it was a lion’s cage.

The lion looked at him, looked at the money and roared and started toward the monkey who was now sweating, shaking and foaming in the mouth.

Half way, the lion suddenly stopped, looked at the monkey again and said: “Oh boy, if no bi say we all na Naija, I for show you.”

Saturday Topics: Thanks Giving For USA

Sorry for all my UK and Ireland readers for a very late blog post today; it really couldn’t be helped when ones mind was so fuzzy and foggy all morning, barely able to think or see clearly without dropping off to sleep to shake it off and along side dreams that I really didn’t want in the first place. It’s taken me up until now which is now 22:06pm in the U.K time for me that I’ve managed to be able to get something down onto the iPad to the blog website.

I have being doing some blog making products which is coming out soon; I was starting to come round by then to think straight, good old headaches and etc such fun. The fact that it’s Thanks Giving in America a follower on my instagram had wished me a happy Thanks Giving completely forgot that I don’t live in the US but it was okay when I politely said we don’t celebrate it over here.

Do pray to god we don’t catch this on as well. Sorry no offence guys but we’ve already adopted the Halloween and the Black Friday thing; I’m still not sure why we have the Black Friday, but there we go.

Unless we can’t think of anymore British things; but then again we did create USA when we conquered it many many many years ago, anyways all I want to say is Happy Thanks Giving to all of my USA readers and followers. What ever it means to you? Why not share what it means to you and why it matters to you to celebrate it every year? I’m not even sure what it’s about to be honest but do fill me in what it’s about and the history of it. As I do like the history to things and understand peoples cultures.
